We want you to love your Meshki pieces, which is why we offer a seamless return process for items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returns are processed for store credit or exchange unless otherwise specified.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hygiene liners attached before securely sealing them in the original packaging.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
